3. Accounts and access

• Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials.
• Impersonation, fraud, and unlawful use are prohibited.
• Access may be limited or suspended in case of abuse or security concerns.

4. Acceptable use

• Use RistoBoost only for lawful purposes consistent with the nature of the service.
• Do not use the service to generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to compromise infrastructure, security, accounts, or service availability.

5. User content

Users remain responsible for data, text, reviews, commercial information, and other content entered into the service.

6. AI features and user responsibility

RistoBoost may provide AI-assisted features. Automatically generated outputs may contain errors or unsuitable wording. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and validating outputs before use or publication.

7. Product evolution

The provider may modify, update, suspend, replace, or remove features and interfaces, especially during pre-launch and later evolution stages.

8. Availability

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control. Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Paid services and subscriptions

If RistoBoost later offers paid plans, these aspects must also be governed by the separate Subscription Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated in case of breaches, security risks, misuse, legal reasons, or payment-related issues where applicable.

11. Intellectual property

The service, software, interface, design, branding, and related materials remain the property of the provider or the respective rights holders, except for user-provided content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

This section must be finalized in the final public version in line with the real provider structure, user type, and mandatory applicable rules.
